Transformation and healing may not be at the top of your summer to-do list, but perhaps this season of spaciousness is the perfect time to grab a journal and turn inward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For some, journaling is a cherished ritual. They eagerly fill one notebook after another, reflecting on their experiences and celebrating each completed volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For others, even opening a blank journal can feel overwhelming. Despite the excitement of buying a beautiful new notebook, they procrastinate. Perhaps they know there are emotions waiting beneath the surface.
