They are creative souls who continuously seek deeper meaning. As storyhealing guides, they create and teach ways to support others on their journey towards inner healing and growing in soul-filling ways. Liz and Adrienne have a vision to share gems of wisdom through intuitively created resources like The Stillness Project, a mindfulness journal, so others can harness Authentic Be-ing and get unstuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liz is a former Fortune 100 transformation coach turned author and holistic business owner. Her writing has appeared in Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, Elephant Journal, Natural Nutmeg, NBC CTLive, and Autism Parenting Magazine. She is an active member of the WFWA and CAPA. She holds an MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering, and lives in Connecticut with her children, husband, and is the caregiver to her mom with Alzheimer\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adrienne is a former educational and behavioral specialist turned author and holistic educator and business owner. She is an active member of CT Authors and Publishers Association. She holds a MA in Integrative Health and Holistic Healing, RYT 200 hr Yoga Teacher, holds a BA from the University of Connecticut, is the mom of three adult children and lives in Connecticut with her husband, dog, and part-time grandcat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
